Current OSU international students may also participate in the Degree Partnership Program (DPP) with two community colleges, Linn-Benton Community College and Portland Community College, which means international students must first be admitted to OSU and be taking classes at OSU in order to participate, as 3 credits must be taken on-campus at OSU each term.

  • Free to add DPP to your admission status!
  • Lower tuition costs at community colleges (students pay OSU for the courses they take at OSU and the community college for the classes they take at the community college).
  • Increased flexibility in scheduling with access to more classes through the community college, on-site at OSU, and with online courses offered through the OSU Ecampus.
  • Access to libraries, computer labs, and other services on both campuses (subject to an additional fee).
  • Apply for scholarships at OSU and your partner school.
  • Transcripts automatically sent from the partner college to OSU at the end of each term and articulated so you can see how your grades transfer and count towards your degree.
